Indie was a rescue, our fourth dog and we loved him from the start. He was more like a goat or a bull as he ran through life instead of moseying. The other three dogs (and our cat) were never sure what to do with his antics. There was always excitement, tail wagging and a big kiss from Indie if you came to our home. Indie loved to play fetch, jump into the new-fallen snow and catch things in mid-air. Indie would constantly mouth and lick his older brother (also a pittie) to show love on a daily basis. Indie was the only one of our dogs that the cat was unsure of and would bat as he walked by her as she lay on the coffee table. We were blessed with nearly a year of “Indie” and miss him dearly.
